The information contained herein is subject to U.S. Export Law as
contained in the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), 22
CFR 120-130. This technical data is not to be placed in the public
domain, exported from the U.S., or given to any foreign person in the
U.S., without the prior, specific written authorization from Northrop
Grumman Mission Systems' Command, Control and Intelligence Division,
ISO and the U.S. Department of State.

written permission of Northrop Grumman Mission Systems' Command,

The software components of the GSD Toolkit are provided "as

The documentation (programmer's manual, user's manual, etc.),
help files, and other supporting documentation provided with
the GSD Toolkit may be used within systems in order to convey
to users of the system the GSD Toolkit capabilities.

If a system chooses to use the software and/or documentation
components of the GSD Toolkit, it shall do so with the
following understanding: 

 - such use is at the system's own risk and in no event shall
   Northrop Grumman Mission Systems' Command, Control and
   Intelligence Division, ISO be liable for any claim, damages,
   patent rights or infringements, or other liability, whether
   in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from,
   out of, or in connection with, the software or the use or
   other dealings in the software.
 - Northrop Grumman Mission Systems' Command, Control and
   Intelligence Division, ISO does not warrant that the software
   and/or documentation provided hereunder is free from all bugs,
   errors, and omissions, or that functions contained in the
   software shall operate in all combinations which may be
   selected for use by application developers or their users.
