GSD Survey

In order to gain access to protected areas of the GSD website, you must complete this survey, the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) agreement, and the GSD User Agreement. Since GSD is a Government-Off-The-Shelf (GOTS) product, GSD can issue a user ID and password only to the Government Point-Of-Contact provided in this survey. The Government Point-Of-Contact will be responsible for dissemination of the user ID and password to contractors.

Download the ITAR agreement and GSD User Agreement, complete both forms, and fax them to (703) 803-5328. We must have a copy of both of these forms that has been signed by your program's government point-of-contact before we can allow your program to download our software or request technical assistance.

Please provide all requested information and then click the Submit button (fields marked with a red* asterisk are required). If the government point-of-contact does not receive an e-mail response within two working days, please e-mail GSD (gsd.mail@ngc.com).

NOTE: This software is subject to the US Export Regulations and requires Department of State export approval before transferring to a foreign person, whether in the United States or abroad.
